He joined National Auto Co. in 1987 after working for a transportation company. In 1991, he dedicated his efforts to establishing a new store that pioneered the business of motorcycle purchasing. In 1994, he received a transfer of the business of that location, and established MAJOR AUTO, Ltd. with Yoshihiro Kato, Director and Chairperson. He subsequently established several group companies, and in 1998 founded IK CO., LTD (now BIKE O & COMPANY, Ltd.), where he has remained to the present. He joined Le Grand Co., Ltd. in 1992. Since 1995, he has been involved in founding group companies OK, Ltd., BIKE O, Ltd. and MOTO GARAGE OPEN, Ltd., at which he has served as Director and Representative Director. He joined IK CO., LTD. (now BIKE O & COMPANY, Ltd.) in 2000, when the group companies were merged. He was appointed Director in 2001 and Managing Director in 2014. In charge of the Digital Promotion Division

He joined the company in September 1998. He was appointed General Manager of the Sales Department in July 1999, and has been instrumental in deploying multiple stores throughout Japan. He was assigned the General Manager of Administrative Planning Office where he was involved in preparing the company for its listing on the stock market. After the company was listed, he was involved in planning and implementation of management and sales strategies as General Manager of the President's Office, the Planning Division Headquarters, and the Marketing Strategy Division. In 2017, he was appointed Executive Officer in charge of the Bike Life Planning Business Department, where he has been working since then on efforts to strengthen motorcycle business operations. He joined Recruit Co., Ltd. in 1992. He was assigned to the Human Resources Development Department. Responsible for recruiting new college graduates for the company, he conducted interviews with approximately 20,000 students. He joined Softbank Corporation in 1999. He became President and Representative Director of e-Shopping Car Goods Co., Inc. in 2001, and Director and General Manager of the Sales Division at SB Human Capital Corporation in 2002. In 2006, he founded Credicom Co., Inc. , where he became President and Representative Director. He has served as a director at BIKE O & COMPANY, Ltd. since his appointment in 2018.
