In the 1990s, used motorcycle market was not firmly established and illegal dumping and abandoned motorcycles on roads were social issues. With the aim of solving these issues, the Company was founded in 1994. Since then, the BIKE O Group continued to grow under "We contribute to the development of society and create a culture for the future" and other management policies, and worked to reduce waste and offer new values as a leading company in the motorcycle reuse market. Now, we are evolving into a new brand that is known for offering everything to do with motorcycles with the support of our stakeholders.

Amid such a situation, awareness toward solving global environmental issues related to climate change and resources as well as social issues such as work life balance and human rights are on the rise. As a company with a corporate mission of "We create excitement the world has never seen before" and a group that strives to become a life-design company that transcends bike life to remain vitally active 50 and even 100 years from now, fulfilling our responsibility in realizing a sustainable society is our most important issue.

We will contribute to the realization of a sustainable society through promoting ESG management and actively work to solved issues related to sustainability focusing on motorcycles and other reuse businesses. In addition, we will further promote constructive dialogue with shareholders, customers, employees, business partners, local communities, industry, and other stakeholders as well as further enhance activities such as strengthening of corporate governance, support for employee development, and realization of a circular society through ensuring fairness and transparency of management.
