Printing of documents required for appraisal
You can print out the documents required for a purchase appraisal.
Minors
- *Note: It will be necessary to confirm the consent of a parent or guardian by telephone in advance.
Fill in the required fields, stamp the form with a signature seal, and give it to the appraisal staff.
Please note that we may not be able to make the purchase without receiving the consent form from you.
Together with the consent form, a copy of the parent's or guardian's ID (one of the following) is required.
- Residential registration photo ID card
- Driver's license
- Health insurance card
- Passport
- *Notes: If your present address and permanent domicile differ, please cross out your permanent domicile.
If the the person named and the contracting party are not the same person,
- *it is necessary to confirm the consent of the person named by telephone in advance.
Fill in the required fields, stamp the form with a signature seal, and give it to the appraisal staff.
Please note that we may not be able to make the purchase without receiving the power of attorney from you.
Together with the power of attorney, a copy of the ID of the person named (one of the following) is required.
