Basic Policy

In accordance with the Group's Management Philosophy "We always seek out growth and can find happiness in growing together" and our personnel policy of supporting the growth of employees, we hire diverse human resource while respecting their individuality and work to improve workplace environment as well as create opportunities for learning and training. In addition, we will prioritize respect for the basic human rights, prohibit any form of discrimination, and protect human dignity in all our decision making and actions we take. We will offer customers safe and reliable services built on our experience and technology as well as actively interact with local communities to contribute to the development of society.

  • We will build an environment and systems for effective human resource development by combining on-the-job training (OJT) through daily work; off-the-job training (OFFJT), such as in-house employee training (new employee training, mid-level, line manager training, etc.) and external training (external lectures, seminars, etc.); and self-development, such as correspondence courses and e-learning.

To this end, we will improve our nationwide free on-site purchasing service, lineup of stock, long-term insurance, and maintenance quality. We also conduct an NPS questionnaire to measure customer satisfaction.

For the Society and Industry

As a good corporate citizen, BIKE O Group contributes to societal development while also striving to open our eyes to a broader perspective on society and interact with it. In doing so, we create employment by opening BIKE O stores and logistic sites in communities while also working to raise awareness about traffic safety through participating in the activities of traffic safety associations. We also operate Bike Life Lab, a website with content related to motorcycles for all riders as well as hold kid's bike events in various locations to engage with local communities. We also join the Japan Motorcycle Promotion and Safety Association to strive to realize a society that enables safer and enjoyable bike life.
